Hire
It is the responsibility of the hirer to provide an authorised person to accept the goods on delivery and sign for the delivered amount and for the good condition in which they are supplied. Our hire period is for 48 hours unless otherwise negotiated. Please contact us to discuss this.

Deposit & Payment
We require a non refundable deposit of 20% of the hire charge to secure your booking.
A separate breakage and loss deposit of £100 will be held until all hire items have been checked back in by us.
It will be paid by bank transfer within 3 days.
The full balance and also the breakage deposit is payable 4 weeks before your event Any breakages or loss to our property will be deducted from the breakages deposit.

Cancellation
In the unlikely event of cancellation within 14 days of the hire period, 100% of the hire charge will be retained.
If cancellation is made between 15 and 30 days of the hire period, 50% of the hire charge will be retained.

Delivery & Collection
You are welcome to collect and return from our warehouse.
If however you require delivery and collection, we are more than happy to quote for you.
**The service we provide is for hire and delivery only. Set up and layout is the hirers responsibility.
Similarly on collection, all hire equipment must be in on area ready to load. This means that tables need to be clean and folded down, and chairs also folded and all together. Failure to adhere to this will result in a flat charge of £50 which will be taken from the breakage and loss deposit.**

If hiring our kadai fire bowls, please adhere to safety instructions which will be provided with the fire bowls.

Indemnity
Vintage Chair Hire take no responsibility in the event of any injury through breakages of any equipment or any accident during the hire period. We take no responsibility for any claims that arise from any event involving items hired from Vintage Chair Hire.
